Billing is calculated in started half-hour increments, and any pre-paid service packages are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

Junior Consultant 30% OFF
For certain tasks (such as general onboarding or support), it is possible to request the assistance of a Junior Consultant. In this case, only 70% of the working time is charged. If the Junior Consultant is unable to provide an immediate answer, they will research the matter and follow up with you — naturally, this additional effort is not billed from your time.
