The goal of the eYssen Partner Program is to build a professional community that operates under customer-focused, fair, and transparent conditions.
Unlike other systems, we do not evaluate partners based on numbers (client count, retention rate), but on real customer satisfaction and professional added value.
eYssen partners work with the most modern open-source ERP system, and at every program level they receive dedicated support to help them succeed.
Levels of Partner Program
The program has six levels, each with different requirements and benefits.
Ready Partner - 10% commission
- Min. 60% customer satisfaction
- Min. 1 qualified professional
Silver Partner - 15% commission
- Min. 70% customer satisfaction
- Min. 2 qualified professional
- Limit: top 15% of partners in the country
Gold Partner - 20% commission
- Min. 80% customer satisfaction
- Min. 3 qualified professional
- Limit: top 5% of partners in the country
Core Partner - 20% commission + share of company profit!
- Long-term stable cooperation
- Proven contribution to the growth of eYssen (e.g., development, localization, community building, market entry)
- Invitation-only*
- Exclusive visibility, joint strategic planning
The Core level is the highest recognition in the eYssen community. Only those partners can reach it who visibly and demonstrably contribute to the development of the system—not just as resellers, but as community builders.
Among our Core Partners, in addition to their commission, 10% of the company’s annual profit is distributed based on user count.
*Our company decides jointly with other Core Partners about new members. We reserve veto rights, but cannot expand Core membership without majority agreement. In case of a tie, the company’s vote is decisive.
Learning Partner - 10% commission
Free registration! You can join without any obligations, but we do not forward leads to you.
Community Partner - no commission
Anyone who feels they want to engage with eYssen, whether by developing or promoting it...
Why is the eYssen Partner Program different?

How does the qualification process work?
Customer satisfaction surveys
- Twice a year, clients give a short evaluation on several topics.
- Ratings are averaged and expressed as a percentage.
Qualified professionals
- No written tests - an online verbal interview instead.
- We measure general knowledge, professional vision, and problem-solving ability, not memorized content.
Level classification
- Limited spots per country: Gold 5% - Silver 15%
- If several partners have the same satisfaction rate, the decision is based on the number of licenses sold.
- If someone is pushed down from Gold to Silver because of this, it reduces the number of available Silver slots. This ensures that everyone focuses on quality, not quantity!
